I was throwing a zoom white trick worm, weightless texas rigged. I caught a few shorts and a 3 lb 8 oz bass on a spro bbz1 baby shad swimbait but I forgot to turn my GoPro on. The big bass weighed in a 5 lbs 14 oz. This water was really muddy so the pearl white trick worm was perfect because its bright white color really made it stand out in the muddy water.\r\rDont forget to like and subscribe!\r\rFollow me on Twitter – \r\rLike me on Facebook –

Wired2Fish Managing Editor Walker Smith relies heavily on a floating worm presentation to catch numbers of bass anytime they’re relating to shallow water. As Walker explains, the weedless, weightless profile subtly slips through cover and draws bites from fish in a range of moods. Like any Texas rigging scenario, the right hook and placement in the worm make a big difference on lure action and performance.
